Larger orders may require additional time, and we’ll always provide an estimated timeline before production begins.

Can I inspect the goods before receiving them?

Yes. For local customers, pickup and inspection can be arranged before final delivery.
We also send photos of completed items so you can review the quality before your order is finalized.

What should I do if there is a problem with my custom order?

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will work with you to find a solution.

How long does shipping usually take?

Custom orders take 3 to 5 days to process, depending on the item purchased. We do provide express processing with next-day delivery for an additional fee.
