Refund policy

All Life & Thread products are custom-made specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Custom embroidery
Heat press / DTF apparel
Personalized garments
Custom logos or artwork

Defective Orders

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error caused by Life & Thread, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, repair, replace, or remake the affected items.

Customer Approval

Life & Thread is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling, colors, sizing, artwork placement, or garment selection.

Customer-Supplied Garments

Customer-supplied garments are decorated at the customer’s own risk. While every precaution is taken, Life & Thread is not responsible for damage, embroidery defects, hoop marks, printing issues, or garment failure.
